Missing hardware in the box. So I can't assemble it and use it. What happened to Shopper+ quality control? I am so much disappointed.

Defective hydrolic doesn't work and stays at the lowest passion only. Doesn't raise the height at all. I am very disappointed with this chair. After spending almost an hour, found that, this chair's hydrolic stand is defective. I bought a few chairs from Shopper+ (same brand, different model) in the past, and those were somewhat fine. I received the box in damaged condition. Not sure if that caused the issue, but the product inside appeared intact, so I believe this chair itself is defective.
