I was forced to get a new Canon printer PIXMA MG3620 because my previous PixMa MX922 was done! The new printer came with Canon Standard 240 and 241 ink cartridges. I was very happy with my card making results. On August 15 I ordered the compatible cartridges. I was not pleased with the results. I called your 866-979-7463 number to express my disappointment and to see if I could get a new coloured cartridge free of charge. No more words allowed.

Although I have not as yet used this particular cyan cartridge, nor the magenta, because I still have others that are first in line, I have always been very satisfied with the ink cartridges I have purchased from Shopper+. I haven't used the glue stick as well, but anticipate that it will be very good as well. Thank you and keep up the good work!
