WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND, and are definitely buying a 2nd one for our Master Bath. Great in every way - all the bells and whistles, superb water jets, hand-held wand with 3 massage elements, bathtub spout, for those of you who adore a good bubble bath and soak; soft blue LED lighting, not requiring batteries, so you can clearly read the temperature of the water, how long of a shower/bath you're taking, etc - just perfect! However, that being said, it is a bit of bear to install if you've never installed something like this before, and have to cut pipes, as we did, so go to Home Depot and purchase the following: 24 - 30" flexible water hoses - the ones they have are stiff, short, and continuously pop the attachment to the bathtub spout when you're hanging the unit. The water hoses purchased fix the issue easily A small crescent wrench - you have tight spaces here to tighten and loosen screws, so this helps Teflon tape to wrap the pipes - wrap three times - not more or less Push on Shark elbow joints - 1/2", if you have to cut the old faucet off, as we did. YOU DEFINITELY NEED TWO PEOPLE TO INSTALL THIS - a good sense of humour, and lots of patience. Some fiddling is required to attach and hang the unit, and get everything just right. Once completed, jump in, and giggle your way to an awesome shower/bath experience! It looks and feels really high end, without spending big bucks.

Superb coffee, easy to maintain and clean - well made (at least so far!), and we've been thrilled with this expresso machine, coffee maker, 15-bar pump, steam wand - LIVINGbasics. The only suggestion we'd make to new owners, is to steam & froth your milk first - takes about 3 - 4 minutes, and then do the coffee. That way, everything is piping hot. What can we say - the crema is fabulous!!!

These are great and sturdy disposable "kitchen" plastic gloves - even though they look extremely thin and fragile. They are designed to be used anywhere you need. Have used them for kitchen work, and have also taken out a separate pair for cleaning the bathroom - in areas I prefer not to touch, but don't wish to use heavy rubber gloves. They last more than 3 times (haven't worn out yet) - so I'm pleased.

Excellent product! I had just purchased two new upholstered bar stools - linen-cotton fabric, which arrived somewhat wrinkled. Took about 15 seconds of steaming with my new Handheld Steam Cleaner - and no more wrinkles. Was inspired to also steam my linen curtains, which had been previously pressed before hanging, but still had wrinkles - and was also suitably impressed! Would highly recommend this product. Thoroughly enjoying figuring out the 9 accessories, and their applications. Great!
