I own 5 of these cords in various lengths and they all work great. I had a problem with one, after using it for almost a year and the company just sent me a knew one, no questions asked. they are durable and the ends don't break like they do on other less sturdy cords.

Although the price is good, I have had terrible luck with these cartridges and will not purchase them again. The ink is smelly and it doesn't dry quick enough so most pages come out with smudges. Also the printer must have trouble reading the chip because half the time the colors are completely mixed up on the printed page. Now, for the worst thing, the black XL cartridge that I bought drained completely into the bottom of my printer, after about 3 weeks of use, leaving a huge mess and me without ink and unable to print.
