Not liking that there are no chips included with the regular orders but understand the logistics why. Ordered the 414X combo with a chip hoping to get a 414X chip, but still a 414A chip and the "no or low toner levels" that come with it. Did find out that ordering the original HP products will produce the same result with remanufactured cartridges. Because reading A, I don't believe I'm getting full value and # of pages.

Great product, replacing the chip is easy, but having the supply levels correctly indicated is not functioning. Not sure that I'm even getting the number of high volume out of the product that I'm supposed to as the cartridges are lasting only a month or so.

Not sure that I like having to take the Chip out of the original OEM toner and put into the new Moustache Toner. Definitely do not have the supply levels indicating accurately and really not sure when they are running low other than the print quality deteriorates quickly.

Sometimes the quality is poor and the colours bleed and you have to replace them when they are only 1/2 used. As well, have had several definetly do not get the numbers out of the toners expected, thinking perhaps that they are not sufficiently refilled.
