Again pricing and availability much better than local. We did get one dud and would not print. First one ever in many years. But no problem with getting a replacement from Shoppers. They stand behind the products they sell and quick to help if there is a problem. Definitely will order from them again.

Have used these over the years and they work the same as the OEM. The last batch was the first time we had a faulty cartridge where one of the colors did not work. 123 promptly sent a replacement. Nice they stand behind their products and offer quick response to the problem.
