The instructions to replace the chip was great, it works to print. However, there are problems with the drum, when I print the ink repeats the same information across the page. Basically unusable.

I received a used desk with food marks, a scratch on it and rusting screws. Contacted customer service and was told that the product was a clearance item and therefore it is not eligible for return or exchange. Wasn’t aware that clearance products meant open box or I wouldn’t have bought it. I’ve been a customer of shopper+ for years, love their products but this was the first time I’ve been in contact with their customer service. Pretty disappointed in their lack of support given how great I thought the company was.
