I am so very disappointed in this purchase. Every last Cartridge streaks if you print more than one page. I bought a set with the chips and I had the same problem. They work for a little while and then they streak no stop. An now they have started streaking "blank" space on the one side of the page where things do not print. My printer is new and I have now wasted over $500 on 2 sets of toner cartridges. I would caution if purchasing this product.

I'm super disappointed in this product. I now have 2 full Y and 2 full M cartridges that the printer does not recognize. I tried to get a replacement for the first M - but the reply was that I needed to tell them what order number it was from - like they can't see the multiple times I have ordered this product - and I don't know which order it came from. Most of the products I buy here are great - and usually customer service is good - but I am really disappointed this time - I gave up after I tried to get a replacement for the first cartridge but now I'm up to 4 cartridges - there is something wrong on their end with the product and the service this time was disappointing.

The box seems sturdy and the lock works well. The lid opens more than 180° and if using it as a cash box that’s not the most functional.

Horrible continued streaking with every cartridge. I could not use the cartridges until they were empty. 123Ink has good customer service but I have to return the cartridge to them first before they credit or replace it and I do not have time to do that for every single cartridge that I order. Very disappointed in this product.
