I love the product. Low rating is due to how the order was handled by Shopper+. Orders usually come within 6 days. After waiting more than 2 weeks, I reached out to customer service. I was told the product was back ordered. Shopper+ didn't notify me of this and charged me. It's their policy. Customers shouldn't be charged until the product ships. Finally rec'd the product after almost 2 months.

A bit liquidy when you use it but it's made with less chemicals than the regular brands so it's to be expected. Cleans my hands just as good without drying them. Appreciate carrying unscented products like this - would be nice if they were easier to find on the website.

My son has a sensitivity to a some of chemicals the name brands typically use (like fragrance) and this Attitude doesn't contain them. Works just like any other laundry soap. Would appreciate making unscented products easier to find on the website, maybe create a search function for unscented products.

I love this product. No fragrance and works great on my hair. Unfortunately I rec'd a scented shampoo in my last order in error. Not Shoppers+ fault - Attitude filled an unscented bottle with the scented product. Not worth the time or effort to return. Will continue to buy this.

My adult son loves this as it has less chemicals in it and does not affect his skin like the main brand detergents do.

Have yet to use it. Planning to make some Panna Cotta with it soon. Bought this Trudeau pan cheaper with Shoppers Plus than what it was priced at in my local store. Thanks Shoppers' Plus for helping me some some $.

Works like any other softener but dislike the smell. Bought this one by mistake as I wanted the fragrance free version. I have a sensitivity to fragrances.

Thought these were a different kind of softener sheets when I ordered them. Surprised to find they are kind of a sock. Was hesitant to believe they would work but after multiple loads find that they work great. Clothes are soft and without any fake perfume smell you usually get with the sheet softeners. Highly recommend them.
