I love this product but sometimes have a problem in that the cartridge will not work and I have to discard it. That has happened twice now and when I speak with someone they say that because it was not used within 30 days and nothing can be done even though the expiry date is 2027. This has happened twice now wth black. If it happens again, I will not order from you again because I am wasting money. Thank you.
