I was looking for a simple wall multiplug and this just have every feature I needed (USB charging and surge protection) at such a great price. I have it plugged into the wall by my desk and previously I had a surge bar in which the cord would keep getting in the way. Haven't had any issue since purchase so it definitely hits the spot for the use. It's a ice compact unit that fits nicely in the outlet.
