Sticks very well to my dash board and securely holds the phone. Screws need to be tightened once in a while, depending on how bumpy the roads are.

Consists of 2 layers. The top layer is very thin and comes off easily. The second layer is thicker and seems to work ok (installed it about 2 weeks ago. Other than that ok for the price paid.
