Pantum® Industrial Thermal Label Printer, PT-D160N for Windows System Only

Works exactly as described. Doesn't come with a small sample labels to test with which is a bummer. But I love the fact that it works with such a large variety of older operating systems. This fact is very important because these types of printers are generally deployed in warehouses where an old computer is frequently used for these tasks.

Gets warm when in use, but otherwise is okay. However, I could not get the HDMI connector to work with my Android phone. It could be my own lack of knowledge on how to get it to work, but it certainly isn't plug and play for that feature. Media ports, audio and network connector work instantly though. Overall a great gadget to have around!

Instructions are clear and the box contents are well packaged to prevent damage, but the good things end there. The quality of the wood is atrocious. As a result, many pieces were broken or warped. I thought about returning it, but decided to continue assembling it hoping that, once fully assembled, the broken pieces together will be bound together. This is mostly true in the end. There is no way this thing is going to survive many winters outside though.

The markers weight almost nothing. Initial impressions are that they work very well. Hard to know if they will last longer than brand name highlighters. Time will tell!

Structurally speaking, it is very solid. The assembly instructions are typical "Engrish" with assorted grammatical/spelling errors making it difficult to follow at times. Luckily, the plentiful illustrations are in colour. The straps that hold the bikes to the horizontal bars are entirely made of an elastic rubbery material... it's hard to know how long they will last, but so far so good. The bikes sit on rubber and they have slits to allow brake lines to pass, very nice!.

The lights are not very bright (it is a single LED in each unit). They are a small accent to subtly outline a path and that is perfect for me. Even the battery seems easy to change when the time comes (it is just a AAA lithium).

There is a good level of quality with these cartridges. They aren't at the same level as OEM toners, but are much, much more economical per page for everyday business printing needs. It gets the job done and doesn't cause problems. I bought cheaper ones from Amazon and the toners had various problems that would manifest themselves before the cartridge would be depleted.
