I had purchased two of these cameras and as of May 2021 they are no longer working, they will not connect to the APP on my iPhone. The company tried to help but without success. I also read that the company had a major data breach.

This item did work for a short while then stop working completely, refuse to connect via Bluetooth to iPhone or Ipad.

In addition to my previous review, I received these answers from the company. - Please power off the camera first when you insert the SD card. Make sure the format of your SD card is fat 32. - Could you explain what is the purpose of the red line in the timeline? It will show red line in the timeline if the camera detects the motion. - Is the security video being recorded on your server even if I do not subscribe to the Icloud service? The video won't record on our server if you haven't bought the cloud service. - Can I turn off the sound from being recorded? No - What happens when the SD card is full, does it record over the old files or just stop recording? It supports cycle recording. The camera will record over the old files.

The camera was pretty easy to setup on my iPhone using the App. I fail to find any information about how to use the SD Card beside the fact that it should support a 64gb card. My camera gives me the message no SD card inserted, it does not seem to recognize it. I contacted the company and I am waiting for an answer. Their support web site was out of order when I tried it. The camera allows you to see that someone is there, but it would be difficult to identify them. I was able to record on my phone and take pictures. If the camera is facing a window at night, the glare makes it impossible to see anything.

Cheaply made, it works, but the metal connector at the end is not attached properly to the cable and come loose when removed from the camera. On few occasion had to take pliers to remove the connector from the camera.
