It's working as expected. It's just a simple rubber grommet with double side tape to hold it in place. Got 4 at a decent price. The size of the hole is large enough to hold electrical cord but a little too big for USB cable unless you want it loose for extending or retracting the cable.

This is a rebranded of the Orvibo sensor. Works great with smartthings with a custom DTH. The motion detection is as quick as the Iris motion from Lowes and timeout is around 10 secs. The detection led is a little too bright and there's no way to turn it off but if you are handy.
