This antenna wasn't met my expectations. I had old philips indoor digital HD antenna bought in Costco 5 years works like a charm. My expectation was that this new product enhance my channels. Old antenna gives 8 channels in Toronto and new one gave me 4 channels only and with lot of disturbance. I used it for 2 days and my kids removed it and connected old one and we kept this one on side and waste of money. It is not economical viable to send back to 123inkcartridges
