Great price/Product. Had trouble at first using it after installation. Printer would not recognize Moustache Brand over Brother OEM. (Have used Moustache Brand in other Brother Printers before with No Issues.) This is a newer model & You just recently made Moustache ink available for it. Got it working working by doing a Ink Cleaning process & alignment on the printer. All appears to be working properly now. Will buy Moustache products again if printer continues working ok.

Brother products are great, no question about it! Just wish that you guys (Shoppers Plus) carried a generic version of the LC401 line like you do with my last Brother Printer which used LC301 ink. I could save some money!

I didn't know that it was such a thick heavy duty cable! It does work great but just a little bigger than I thought for laptop usage. Shipping as always is fast & the product is reliable & iow cost.
