There is no way to review a whole order so I am here. I am extremely unhappy with the service I got with my latest order. The order was shipped in two boxes, one showed up and the other never did, yet the tracking for it showed that it was delivered. I reached up with a support ticket and never even got a response back. I sent an email and nothing. I had to reach out to the shipping company to get any sort of help. I can't believe I was completely abandoned. This will be the last order I make here.

It's a good product, however i'm not sure if I just have a faulty product or if it's normal. Every once in a while the picture and sound will cut out. The only way to make it work again is to turn it off and then back on again. Even then it still won't work but a second power cycle will make it go.

I had purchased this cord to for in our sound room at out church. we us it to connect our sound board to a monitor system in our video recording studio. the adapter connects the 1/8th inch audio jack output on our audio converter to the stereo RCA input on our powered speakers. this allows us to have a clean sound for our recording monitors. I had ordered this cable adapter on a Friday and received the package on the following Monday, I was very impressed with the speedy delivery.

This is a great product, I had purchased this adapter cord to go from a mini PC to a HDTV that we have mounted to the wall in the back of the sound booth at our church. I was able to use this cable to neatly tuck the mini PC behind the HD TV to make it look nice and neat. The mini PC has a male HDMI so I needed the Female port on the cord in order to properly connect it to the HD TV.
