2-Gang 5.1 Surround Sound Distribution Wall Plate - Monoprice®

It's neat, clean, great price. Because it uses decora style inserts, you can get a larger faceplate and add inserts for other connections like HDMI, VGA, or voice and data jacks.

Adjustable Satellite Speaker Wall Mount (Max 7.7 lbs/3.5kgs), Set of 2 - PrimeCables®

Great brackets for the price, good angle adjustment. Very small in size, and made out of plastic, so there's some flex when I mounted my speakers which were lighter than the maximum weight rating. I always add an additional safety cable when installing any equipment (depending on size and weight) that hangs on a wall or ceiling. I will buy these brackets again for other installations.
