Pretty strong and resilient, allowing it to stand up to some flexing during installation without breaking. The spacing is tight on this six-holenplate (but this is not the fault of the plate). I would recommend using two 3-hole plates instead if possible, because fitting 6 cables in an electric box behind this plate is very tough.

Not bad. Used for allowing a normal HDMI cable to be used for creating an in-wall run. The connection is not as tight as I would like, so you have to jam your cable inside the electric box to ensure it doesn't come loose from behind.

These are quality wall plates. Because of the way the spacing between the outlets, it is very difficult to try to remove the center coax connector for any reason.

good quality cable with a protective tab guard at each end. These are foil shielded (like the 'F' in the 'SFTP' description denotes) which makes them great for use in AV cabinets and other places where there is a lot of electromagnetic interference. It really makes a difference to the quality and speed of the connection...My TV box would always cut out / run slow when I was using unshielded cable.
