I agree what ViperVi says. Item is faulty in design. The hold on the height from the spring-loaded ball is not enough to keep it in place. If you keep it at the minimum height without any expansion, the table is good to use. But, is not usable at all with the height adjusted.

I need a replacement for a defective product. The stand can't hold the tablet holder stable ever since I received it. In fact the joint where the stand supports the holder has always been loose. The holder is always crumbling even without tablet. Even after a few weeks of very light and careful use, the holder has finally given up and fallen off completely from the stand. I truly believe I received a defective product and need a replacement for exchange.
