The lower the setting the louder the rattling gets, it's normally the opposite with fans. I think there must be something loose or not fastened properly inside. At the lowest speed it's distracting.

Hi-Fi Bluetooth Active Noise Cancelling Stereo Headphone - Primecables®

Have owned these headphones for a few months. Worked well in the beginning, but I am not having problems charging the battery. I have to charge multiple times to get full charge. The charging indicator goes from red to blue to red again if I unplug the usb charging cable. I have to do this multiple times to try to get a full charge. Worse yet, after I've fully charged the headphones, it keeps saying "battery low" when I've just fully charged it. It's really annoying because it interrupts my music listening experience. I went from loving these headphones to hating them.
