Works great, you do have to remove the ballast and do some tricky re-wiring on the power ends otherwise a existing Fluorescent fixture is not compatible. Once that is done its better lighting than the original bulbs. Get your electrician to rewire your fixture if you are not sure what to do.

Works great, must make sure you rewire to bypass ballast, if you don't rewire correctly then it won't work.
