I have re-ordered This printer cartridge several times now. It would be most helpful if there were instructions on how to remove the chip from the used HP cartridge. The U-Tube instructions for chip removal are USELESS because the man don't speak understandable English

The first Moustache cartridge was a complete disaster -- it was extremely difficult to insert into the printer and only printed a half page -- it was a very good example of "Lack of quality control". With shopper+ return policy and customer satisfaction drive, the replacement toner cartridge fitted and worked as if it was an original HP product. Therefore, I both like and dislike the product, but definitely like Shopper+ customer policies. I will continue to shop at Shopper+
