Nice looking design, quality does not look that great. Time will tell how long it lasts. I too had the same issue as another reviewer mentioned, where the cable got stuck and want to retract anymore. This is how I fixed it: - pry the side which has "P" symbol - underneath you will see a small screw, just loosen that and the issue is solved. Another trick is, when you pull the cable make sure you pull only one side of the cable and lock it. The other side comes free. If you try to pull both the ends at the same time then the retraction stops working.

I have already reviewed the product and this review is for excellent customer service. The left side of the headset failed to charge, LED light shows dull red even after several days of sitting in the charger (see enclosed photo). I contacted the customer service and very happy with the service received. I will give 5 stars for friendly and quick resolution of the issue.

For the price it is good as a stereo headphone to listen to music. As bluetooth headset, microphone is weak and it sounds bit muffled and there is a very slight static noise. If you plan to use for voice calls this is not a great deivce
