After a few washes, they are ready to be thrown out. As you can see in the picture, they look horrible - pieces falling off everywhere and in the wash. What a mistake! Quality seems to continually get worse at Shoppers, sorry to say. Cheers

Yikes! At first these cheap bath mats seemed nice. After four washes, they look very ratty and worn out - ready to throw out. Still have a couple new ones I haven't opened yet - would sure like to return them. Ugh, what a waste of money... Cheers

What a disappointment - in the product and customer service. As you can clearly see in the pictures there are two undeniable flaws in the mattress. I followed the instructions of allowing the mattress to fully expand for a minimum of 48 hours. I contacted customer service and their only solution was to give it more time. It is now two weeks later, the flaws still exist in the mattress and customer service have provided no resolution. Buy WITH hesitation!

Works exactly as promised. Toilet seat bumpers would have been a thoughtful inclusion as the seat is now not flush with the toilet bowl rim - there's a space between the two. When sitting, stress is now put on the screws that hold the bidet and toilet seat in place. Other than that, it'll just take a little time to get used to using a bidet. Cheers...
