I have used Moustache cartridges for years and had no problems but for some unfathomable reason I ordered "genuine" Epson refills this last time. I won't be doing so again. One of the cartridges was dry. The service department were very good and there was no problem with a refund. I'm sticking with the Moustache, despite what the wife thinks :-)

Epson 200 T200120-D2 Black Ink Cartridge

I decided to buy the Epson refills as opposed to the generic brand I usually buy from you---Huge mistake. The carton holding the refills looked as though it had been run over by a forklift and had every indication that it had been on a shelf for a while. The print quality is abysmal and ink level is now shown as low after printing 3 (yes three pages) I can't get a reasonable job without continually cleaning the head.
