This was purchased for my son for doing school work last fall. He loves it. The motor still works great 6 months in - hoping it last many years! Will try to update next year if I can remember...

4-Port USB 3.0 HUB with AC Adapter, 5V/3.8A - Monoprice®

Complete piece of garbage! First problem is that it is not USB powered so you have to plug it in. It seems to go to sleep since the USB keyboard keeps disconnecting when I use this splitter (it works fine when plugged directly into my laptop's USB port).

Be aware that this cable will not charge your phone! Only allows data transfer. Pretty useless in my opinion.
