The package arrived earlier than expected. The new toner started working immediately after inserting it into the printer. The pictogram instructions by Brother could be larger.

There were no problems printing with the black cartridge. I'm very pleased with the product and the retail price of the cartridge.

The printer was unable to get all the colors firing at 100 percent. No matter what was tried, the colors were either weak or not firing at all. I do commend Shopper Plus Tech Support for attempting to trouble shoot the problem. In addition, I praise Shopper Plus for offering to replace the cartridges or provide a full refund. Their overall customer service is excellent.
