So far it seems to be pretty good for the price I paid. Not as good as the dual motor version I bought a couple years ago from Shopper+ but this is a lot less expensive and I wanted to test it out as I’m looking to buy a couple more for my children.

Dual-Motor Height Adjustable Sit-to-Stand Desk Riser Frame - White

I am giving it one less leaf because of the initial issue we had. When we put together the sit-stand desk base, it worked initially and then stopped working within the hour. It would only go down and not up. It went to the lowest position, and stopped moving. It made a click noise when pushing the down button but nothing when the up button is pushed. There is an code "ASr" on the digital display where the height normally is shown. I unplugged all the ports and left it for a half hour and re-plugged but it didn't work. Left it while waiting for customer service to reply. Their response didn't help. Then finally...I kept the button depressed for several seconds longer, even past the initial clicking sound. I was worried I was breaking it since it was already at it's lowest point. Then suddenly it flashed the numbers again. It is now working and hope whatever happened was normal. So far so good.

I am giving it a 1 maple leaf because I don't know yet if it will work as I have not tried it yet. I hope it will work as the first one I bought did not work (no chip model). The instructions told me to put the original chip into the "no chip" toner cartridge and it did not work. I had to quickly pickup a OEM one from a local office supplies store. The OEM worked immediately. I figured it was the "no-chip" that was the problem so I am giving this another chance by buying the "with chip" model. Customer service for returns was easy. I had no problems getting a refund.
