I have bought 6 of these Soap Dispensers throughout the Pandemic. They seemed like good value for the money and worked great. I was using standard liquid soap I obtained at Costco. Unfortunately I started seing a trend: the first Dispenser stopped pumping soap after about 6 months or so - it was being used heavily. I tried cleaning but to no avail. The light comes on but the motor does not. I'll probably try taking apart a broken one next. The next 2 units failed in the same way after a bit more than a year. Shopper+ replaced the broken unit within the warranty period promptly. However, I have been told they cannot assist with the broken units that are over a year old. I don't know about you, but I think a little over a year of functionality is a very short lifespan for these Dispensers and does not represent good value.

This is now the third (or fourth?) time we have ordered this soap dispenser. Perhaps not the prettiest device but so far very reliable and still working on the original set of batteries we put in months ago! The perfect Pandemic gadget!

This has been incredibly useful for these Pandemic times; we have one in the bathroom by the front door for when you get back from grocery shopping - You need to wash your hands and this way you don't have to touch and squeeze a soap dispenser. We liked it so much we bought it for several family and friends! Battery compartment is a bit fiddly to open and you need 4x AA Batteries, but that is the a one-time setup and it has been working forever on that first set of Batteries!

Solid build quality. Sturdy little unit has rubber feet on the bottom end though I wish it had a rubber foot near the top battery compartment. I hope I can find a way to "lock focus" on one software app within Win 10 Pro. Nice little compartment inside to store the USB receiver when not it use. Highly recommended.
