Took a while to figure out how to insert it seems you need to do it backwards. Directions would certainly help here. I could not get it into the other part a woman had to do it for me, tried for 3 days to no avail and she just popped it right in. Just needed a woman's touch I guess.

Worked fine even with the Brothers toner but the ad needs to clarify clear that it is a drum not a toner when one orders.
