have only had one cartridge not work out of all my orders that I have ever purchased from you people. You are quite a bit cheaper that any of the Box stores So I won't complain.

as of yet I have not used this product, bought to have on hand when I run out of the original cartridges that came with the printer. I will be installing the Black cartridge some time soon though. I think that the price is very economical though compared to others.
