The lamp did not fit the base that was sent with the product. The base was dirty with scratch marks on it. Customer service was great though and I received a refund after sending them a picture of the mismatched product pieces.

I find that colour printing is very inconsistent. Often one or more ink cartridge fails to provide ink and colours are blurred or incorrect. This has been the case for the last two sets of cartridges I purchased. I doubt that I will use this product again.
