My cat injured his paws ripping the claws in his hind legs - blood all over the place. Worst litter box I’ve ever purchased. Wish I had opened it sooner as I probably can’t get a refund now.

I like the unit but if you want to reconfigure it at all, there are no spare parts to do so. I reconfigured it but could only get a 7 cube formation with an 8th cube without a top shelf. Just one extra shelf could make a big difference. Funny thing ... they sent 2 spare doors.

I’m really quite disappointed with this unit. I have several similar units in my basement suite (from another manufacturer) and was excited to get one that had 15” cubes and doors with magnets. Well, even though they sent an extra door, 4 of the doors were damaged - 3 looked as if they had been used before with cracks in the plastic and one had a manufacturing flaw near the door ring. Furthermore, I was quite surprised that the panels fit together so easily as my other units required a rubber mallet to fully engage the connectors. Well, this ease of construction lead to instability. Twice while I was in the process of ensuring the connectors were fully engaged (I was in the process of simply flipping the unit on its side), some of the connections came apart. This has NEVER happened on any other units I’ve put together. Fully assembled, the unit wobbled. Again, I have never had this happen before. Once I got some items in it (weight) it seems to be better but I’m nervous about putting the second one together (I bought 2). AND ... similar units have purchased ALWAYS came with extra connectors and even extra shelves - NOT ONE SPARE CONNECTOR!!! An extra door but that didn’t help when 4 were damaged. Also, one of the doors doesn’t stick to the magnet (not magnetized). Still debating if I will send it back for a refund.

I have a couple of other similar units in my small basement suite and I like them. I was looking forward to having a unit with doors. However, because this unit has the capacity for a hanging space, the company does not send the appropriate number of panels to not use this feature (which I wanted to do). As a result, the side where there is no horizontal panel is very unstable. I’ve placed that side toward the wall, otherwise, I’m sure if someone bumped into it, it has the potential of coming apart.
