Undecided... the HP 60XL cartridge passed the printer's TAP10 and TAP41 diagnostic tests, but this particular HP printer, an HP F4480 all-in-one Deskjet, does NOT allow the cartridge to be used when the Level-Of_Ink (LOI) value is zero.
