Kodak 30XL 1341080 1550532 Compatible Black and Color Ink Cartridge Combo

After installing I still wasn't able to print. I cleaned the printhead numerous times but to no avail, Where does the ink go when you run the cleaning? The black cartridge shows less than half now The color shows half
