These would be nice for a lighter speaker, but my speakers are 7lbs and this bracket is plastic...and the threads are plastic. These brackets will not hold a 7 lb speaker on an angle, the shaft rotates on the pin. Mine also came defective - the threads would not tighten on one of set screws

These are very sturdy little beasts. Easy to put together, all the hardware is in the box. My speakers are about 7lbs each and they hold them with no problems at all
