Ergonomic Memory Foam Face Down Nap Pillow Office Chair Back Support Cushion - PrimeCables®

Unfortunately I waited too long to return hoping I will find a way to make it work for me, but I did not. It is indeed very soft and there is some adjustability to it but it is difficult to find the right position and one has to fully get up to adjust as the pillow is stiff in that sense which is a good thing if you're able to find the right position, it won't move from it. But I cannot find a position that won't cause me way worse back pain.

It would be great if I could lock it lower in place. I already have a standing desk, I just wanted this to keep the fans off the table. With it in the top position, it is impossible to properly type on the laptop keyboard. I will probably give it to a friend and look for something more adjustable.
