Shipping was fast. Easy to follow the shipping progress from door to door. Loaded the products into my EPSON 545 printer. Cleaned the print head, checked for alignment and started to print. Very satisfied. Thanks to 123ink staff, very courteous & professional. Even the Post Office did a good job. I know where to order and will recommend 123 Ink to my friends. Regards Bob
