First install was rejected by the printer, so being stubborn I removed all cartridges and put them in again. Second install worked fine. I don't use this printer as frequently as others and I had to clean the print heads, but I am totally satisfied with the Moustache cartridge combo.

Sorry to say that the ink cartridges were rejected by the HP printer, identified as not HP product and ended up making extremely poor quality colour prints. As this printer was about 9 years old, I decided to retire it and get a new one, suitable to my needs. Although disappointed in this product I have had many successes with your company and will continue to deal with you in the future.
