the yellow was leaving pictures with a yellow haze and it also got black toner in it I still have the econd yellow toner cartridge in the box still sealed can I send it back? My printer is basically scrap now its going to cost more to clean its insides out from the black toner than its worth

dumped toner all over the inside of my printer, took it out and tryed again, did same thing over, something is wrong with it, I sent an email, and was told to send printed pages so adjustments can be determined or something,well can't do that cause it fucked up my printer, what a freaking mess
