Just got a professional to install a 70 inch tv that is about 60 lbs. It was fine yesterday but now the TV is tilting down way too much and I cannot fix it, I have tried for over an hour to fix it but cannot. Seems like it cannot handle even a 60 lbs TV. I have chatted with support and they were unable to tell me which way to turn the screw (clock-wise or counter) to adjust it the back to 0 degrees. They said they would email the answer because the person that knew was on lunch and I have still not received anything. Right now it looks like the tv is tilted down about 15-20 degrees. Asking for a refund and extremely frustrated because I had to pay someone to install this mount in the first place and looks like I will have to pay again to get another one installed now.
