we are in general very satisfied with your cartridges of which we have made two complete colour orders. However, as I wrote in my letter recently,we had first a red failure and shortly later a blue failure, both of which were the new and recently installed cartridges. I also said that we print almost exclusively in BLACK, and therefore I maintain that those cartridges failed very prematurely. It was on that experience that I requested that you should replace at least those two cartridges for us. Please comment on this request.
