Comfortable! I love the cooling effect! It does make you a lot higher on the chair, but I was able to mitigate that by adjusting my footrest.

Ergonomic Kneeling Chair for Less Strain and Pain

I love this chair! I’ve been working at home for months, the hip pain was unbearable. Must’ve been a mix of posture and lower back issues, but this chair has given me a sigh of relief. I was reading that it hurts the knees, but I personally have not had the issue and I use it all day long. Been going on 2 weeks of using it, and I haven’t touched my other chair. The is a must by if your having aches & pains from the traditional style chair

I love this desk. It fits nicely on top of my existing desk, I love the hydrolic system so it easily goes up and down. It fits both my laptop and an extra monitor.I would highly recommend.
