The ink performed as expected. However my printer persisted in believing it was not there, and not recognising it as a genuine HP replacement ink.. I tried several strategies from the Internet to reset the printer count but could only get the method to work for a single print job at a time. I returned the ink as unsatisfactory because HP seemed clever enough to defeat the non-genuine replacement. I also replaced HP printer with a Samsung. And struck HP off my supplier list. I was issued a prompt, complete refund by 123. Trade with them with confidence. Not so with HP.

Site is easy to read and navigate. Not true for many other sites. Lots of other stuff to choose from as well. When I get time, I'll have a good look. Thanks!
