Samsung ML-2010D3 Compatible Black Toner Cartridge High Yield - Moustache® - 1/Pack

I purchased 3 cartidges at the end of January 2014 ( order # 32857025). The first cartidgewould only print to light (as if the toner was almost empty). after a hundred copies or so, during which I tried changing the printer settings without satisfactory improvement, removing it and shaking it before reinstalling in the printer and finding no change in the print quality. I replaced this cartridge with the second cartridge purchased. This cartridge printed normally when the I set the printer to dark setting instead of normal setting and printed okay for several hundred copies, then started printing a black spot about 4mm diameter at abot 75mm intervals on every printed page along with the normal text. I removed this cartridge from the printer and cleaned it with a paper tishue and it printed okay for a few prints then the black spot returned to the prints. Next I removed the cartridge again and decided to dismantle the cartridge and found a large amount of toner stuck in the foam pad adjacent to the glass tube. I used my shop vac & cleaned the foam pad and reassembled the cartridge, inserted it into the printer and it printed without the black spots on each page, but was printing too light even when set to the dark setting. I may have vacuumed out too much of the toner during cleaning the cartridge. I removed this cartridge, now feeling very dissapointed in the cartridges purchased, and installed the third cartridge. This cartridge worked perfectly on normal / toner save mode,and has done so for several hundred copies. In conclusion I am very unsatisfied with 2 of the 3 toner cartridges purchased and shall probably choose a different source for my next purchase. Charles Toye
