I'm only 5' 8" but I got the extra large because I have wide shoulders and long arms. Fits great. This is a good quality garment with no pilling after washing. The hood is double lined too, which is nice.

This is a good quality, fully adjustable mount that I got at an excellent price. The installation was fairly straightforward but with only illustrated instructions. The unit I received had the screws on the TV plate mounted backwards from the factory which took awhile to figure out but then was easily corrected.
