I have recently received this package and the color cartridge is not being recognized by my printer. I purchased another and they look exactly the same at it works fine.I felt very disappointed because I was working on a project for the museum and I don't drive because I am handicapped.I haven't returned it either because that creates more hassle. However I will do that when I can. I have no idea what the problem was. If you have a solution please let me know.
