Faucet Single Handle Pull-Down For Kitchen CDC77120 16''

This is a very nice faucet for the price, and works very well. All though this is the second one I had to purchase in the last year, due to the fact that the gasket gave out on the pull down sprayer between the sprayer head and the the supply hose. There was no way for me to fix it. Also the price has gone up $48 in the past year. How come so much?
